Community Partnership for Children (CPC) is seeking dedicated volunteers to support our mission of enhancing early childhood education and community engagement in Grant County and expanding outreach to Catron, Hidalgo, and Luna counties. This is a great opportunity to contribute to meaningful programs that support children, families, and educators while gaining valuable experience in community outreach, mentorship, and training.
CPC Outreach Volunteer:
· Expand outreach efforts to Catron, Hidalgo, and Luna counties to engage families and strengthen CPC’s presence in rural communities.
· Assist in community outreach efforts to engage families and expand participation in CPC programs.
· Represent CPC at community events, providing information about CPC’s mission and programs.
· Help build relationships with local organizations, schools, and businesses to promote CPC’s initiatives.
· Distribute educational materials and resources to families and community partners.
· Support the planning and coordination of CPC outreach events, including family engagement activities and informational sessions.
· Gather feedback from the community to help improve CPC’s outreach efforts.
· Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and interactions to track community engagement impact.
General Responsibilities:
· Communicate effectively with program staff, partners, and community members.
· Follow CPC’s policies and procedures to ensure a positive and professional volunteer experience.
· Attend volunteer meetings, training sessions, and outreach events as needed.
· Support CPC’s mission of strengthening early childhood education through advocacy and engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Passion for working with children and families in an educational setting.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative when needed.
· Organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Must pass a background check.
