The Leasing Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answer all leasing calls and emails on a daily basis to provide prospects with housing information
- Manage the application and wait lists
- Meet with applicants to screen and process applications
- Conduct interviews and determine applicant qualifications – complying with all regulatory agreements
- Conduct unit showings
- Manage move-in process
- Maintain accurate and timely records, reports, and files
- Provide all-hands-on-deck support to help the team complete required tasks
Minimum Qualifications:
- GED or High School Diploma
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Reliable personal vehicle
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in property management
- Industry-related designations preferred, e.g., HCCP, FHC, CAM, CHAM, SHCM, etc.
Selected candidates will be subject to the following background checks:
- Criminal History Screen
- Motor Vehicle Screen
- Drug Screen
