As a Residential Property Director, you will be responsible for maintaining acceptable levels of occupancy (minimum 98%) and completing move-out paperwork according to governing regulations.

As a Residential Property Director, you will be responsible for maintaining acceptable levels of occupancy (minimum 98%) and completing move-out paperwork according to governing regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals to provide excellent service to our residents.
- Maintaining acceptable levels of occupancy (minimum 98%).
- Completing move-out paperwork according to governing regulations.
- Performing unit move-out, annual, and housekeeping inspections in a timely manner.
- Reviewing rental applications for approval.
- Ensuring collections of all monies due to the community (i.e., rent) are received and deposited.
- Auditing all resident files to ensure they are complete and correct prior to forwarding to supervisor for review/approval.
- Assisting Regional Manager with researching and responding to audit findings.
- Maintaining positive relationships with the community owner/s and its residents.
- Processing community invoices for payment.
- Purchasing and maintaining adequate supplies for the community.
- Processing community staff payroll.
- Timely completion of reports required by government agencies, administrators, or the Company.
- Responsible for maintaining the community to Company standards.
