We are looking for an upbeat Assistant Property Manager to undertake the leasing and administrative duties at one of our properties in Frederick Maryland! The successful candidates will effectively explore the market to identify opportunities and secure tenants.
- Office is open Tuesday through Saturday
- Candidate should posses excellent customer service, oral and written skills and be well organized
- Bilingual skills are a plus (English/Spanish)
- Present apartments to prospective renters in a knowledgeable friendly manner
- Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
- Validate application information and references
- Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements
- Keep abreast of the property market status
- Process rent, notices, and weekly reports
Skills
- Proven working experience as a leasing consultant or similar job experience
- Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
- Basic understanding of MS Office, Yardi and other leasing/property management programs.
- Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques
- Customer-focused approach
