Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments
- Provide care according to physician's orders and established treatment plans
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Coordinate patient discharge and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve rehabilitation goals
- Participate in performance improvement and program development activities
- Contribute to cost-effective services and programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's and Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field from an accredited institution
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state
- Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification
