We are looking for a part-time corporate accountant to join our foundation. CSF has served the community for over 80 years as a nonprofit organization, serving low-income veterans, individuals, and families in Pinellas County and beyond. It is dedicated to finding solutions to community needs.
You will be responsible for daily financial operations and preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.
Position is 9 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM, Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports.
- Prepare for annual audits and work closely with external auditors. (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE) .
- Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets.
- Perform monthly bank reconciling up to six business accounts.
- Create new processes to improve financial efficiency.
- Report analysis and findings to the management team.
- Data entry accounts receivables and accounts payable.
- Renew business and auto licenses annually.
