Job Purpose: As a Corporate accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial reports, and analyzing financial data to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. You will work closely with a team of accountants to ensure that all financial transactions are porperly recorded and that financial reports are accurate and timely.
Responsibilities:
- Recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records for a portfolio of hotels.
- Preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Preparing of monthly bank reconciliations
- Analyzing financial data and preparing reports for management.
- Daily review of hotel revenues and posting in general ledger
- Daily bank reconciliation for assigned properties.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts for assigned hotels on a monthly basis.
- Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assisitng with budget preparation and monitoring.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Other duites as assigned.
Job Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Experience: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
