What are the responsibilities and job description for the INTERNAL Senior Program Coordinator - Workforce Development Department position at Community Services and Employment Training (CSET)?
SCOPE OF WORK:This position is responsible for managing and implementing adult workforce department programs and ensuring that staff meet the objectives of the specific program. It develops and maintains excellent working relationships with funding sources, partners, and other agencies to ensure that CSET is provided the necessary support to meet its objectives. The position serves as a backup to the Site Coordinator for the Employment Connection.ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Reads and becomes knowledgeable in funding source contracts and complies with contract
- Reviews and approves classroom training, internship agreements, and subsidized workforce agreements and ensures that program guidelines and requirements are met and appropriate documentation is Provides employees feedback on content and grammar.
- Monitors contractual obligations for enrollments and that participants are given excellent preparation for job search and
- Develop team goals for each Follow up on staff progress and meet with individuals to develop plans that meet individual and team goals.

- Compiles and reviews monthly performance operating reports and makes recommendations based on performance to ensure programs are meeting performance
- Develops and implements excellent customer service
- Serves as a customer liaison responding to sensitive customer relations, questions, or concerns, and coordinates with the proper agency personnel to provide timely and accurate answers or actions as
- Provides program training and technical assistance to support
- Collaborates as a contact person between the agency, network partners, and provider Maintains and develops good working relationships with funding sources and partners. Participates in continuous improvement meetings. Ensures integration of services.
- Provides support to assure that members of Tulare County have access to services and that participants are matched appropriately and on a timely basis with programs within the service
- Provides leadership and supervision for support Writes employee performance evaluations and makes recommendations for skills to be developed. Approves staff timesheets.
- Reports personnel issues to HR and Workforce Assist in handling employee issues with support and guidance from HR & Director. Develop corrective action plans as needed. Provides employee follow-up and support when corrective action plans are initiated.
