Eligibility Navigator - Programs $17.78 - $19.39 hr. 5% for Bilingual Proficiency
Community Services Consortium (CSC) is seeking a self-directed and compassionate individual to help connect our community members with available services. The ideal candidate will know about local social services, have experience working with our unhoused and low-income population, have previous client intake experience, have face-to-face customer service skills, excellent written and oral communication, strong computer and data entry skills, and have genuine passion for helping our neighbors in Linn and Benton Counties.
Clients receive services in a variety of ways; this position will be primarily onsite, serving our walk-in clients.

Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Practical experience involving direct public contact. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are preferred and encouraged to apply.
