What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at COMMUNITY SERVICES FOR EVERY1 INC?
This is a 22.5 hour per week, part-time position that provides front receptionist coverage. Our Front Receptionists answer a multi-line telephone, provide general agency information to callers, manage a secure front entrance, greet visitors and program participants, sort incoming mail and packages; and complete other administrative tasks as assigned in a professional setting.
Education and Experience
- 6 months in customer service or related position.
- Must pass pre-employment skills test.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Outgoing, pleasant personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to exercise good judgment, concentrating, thinking, communicating, interacting with others.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Sit and/or stand for long periods to maintain coverage at building entrance.
- Staying awake and alert while on duty.
