What are the responsibilities and job description for the Self-Hired Life Coach position at Community Services for Every1?
We are seeking a Self-Hired Life Coach to provide support and guidance to a person with a developmental disability who resides in his/ her own home, helping him/ her to live out the life of his/ her choice; provides support, teaching, and mentoring in supervision of staff as per the person’s self-directed plan; assists the person with hiring, managing, and maintaining staff. A Life Coach also assists and supports with planning activities around the person’s interests.
The schedule for these positions vary from 3 hours per week to up to 40 hours per week. Services are provided to the person in their home or location of choice. Candidates must have use of a personal vehicle for traveling to their homes and providing transportation in the community.
