Duties

- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and tracking expenses.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Support office management by organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Act as a personal assistant to executives or team members as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office assistant or similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer support and service.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
