We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
*Responsibilities*
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
*Qualifications*
- High School diploma or equivalent required with college hours in Business Administration or 2 years work experience in a related field
- Bachelor in Human Resources preferred
- Strong organizational skills required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Knowledge of State and Federal Laws and Regulations
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of HR systems
- Strong understanding of labor laws and OSHA regulations
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
