Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Therapist to join our team as an MST Practitioner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in substance abuse and mental health, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In this role, you will provide intensive, home-based therapy to adolescents and their families who are involved in the juvenile justice system or at risk of out-of-home placement. You will work closely with other professionals and service providers to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify presenting problems, strengths, and systemic factors contributing to difficulties
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Multisystemic Therapy (MST)
* Provide direct therapeutic interventions to at-risk youth and their families, and collaborate with other key members
* Implement crisis management strategies as needed to address immediate safety concerns for clients and their families
* Participate in individual and group supervision training to enhance clinical skills and ensure fidelity to the MST model
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, including session notes, treatment plans, and outcome measures
* Collaborate with other professionals and service providers involved in clients' ecosystems
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field; Bachelor's degree considered with experience
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel to clients' homes and possibly transporting multiple clients at once
* Ability to work independently and manage a caseload while adhering to program requirements and deadlines
* Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with ability to formulate comprehensive treatment plans
* Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and trauma-informed practice
