CSS is a private not-for-profit social/human services agency that initiates, provides and promotes services for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities and their families, within their communities, in order to strengthen their independence, self-esteem and ability to participate in and contribute to community life.
We are seeking a passionate, creative, full time or part time Behavior Analyst/BCBA to join our team. Responsibilities are focused on developing and facilitating programming for an assigned caseload.
Job responsibilities include:
- Conduct functional assessments.
- Develop Behavioral Support Plans.
- Responsible for timely clinical documentation.
- Develop communication tools and individualized behavioral supports.
- Train agency staff and and family members on behavioral plan.
- Facilitate ongoing data collection and data analysis.
- Generate Monthly Behavioral Summary reports.
- Serve on the agency's Behavior Committee.
- Attend Team and Service Plan meetings.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include some nights and weekends.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Masters Degree in related social service field required.
- Minimum 1 year work experience with people who have developmentally disabilities.
- BCBA certification, or eligible for certification, required.
- Ability to bill under the Medicaid waiver (Level 1 or Level 2) and or private insurance.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of DHS and CARF standards.
- Valid Illinois driver’s license in good standing with ability to travel to multiple sites, required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $41.99 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 29 per week
