About Us:
Precision ABA is a small, BCBA-owned and operated company with a team-oriented and inclusive culture. We provide exceptional ABA therapy in our learning center and in clients’ homes, focusing on empowering clients to become agile, independent learners. Our team celebrates individuality, fosters creativity, and supports one another in a collaborative environment.
Your Role as a BCBA:
You will provide in-home and in-center ABA therapy, conduct assessments, design treatment plans, and mentor our Behavior Technicians. Our Behavior Analysts are expected to be dedicated to client-centered, values-driven practice. Bonus – if you have an interest in Precision Teaching —we can provide extensive training!
Position Highlights:
- Level 3s receive intensive training and direct support from our Clinical Director, Brigid McCormick, a leader in instructional design, Precision Teaching, and assent-based practice.
- Level 2s work semi-independently, averaging around 24 billable hours weekly, with 2-3 hours of weekly support.
- Level 1s have a fully independent caseload and high flexibility, with salary tied to billable hours and client caseload.
