Job Title: Healthcare Marketer

Pay: Starting at $36.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Education/Experience:
· Valid Driver’s License required
· Minimum requirement of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the home healthcare industry.
· A minimum of 3 years’ experience in health, health planning, and/or community organization.
· Strong communication skills including public speaking.
Job Summary:
The Healthcare marketing position is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans for Home Health and Hospice services, establishing a strong business presence and relationships with potential referral sources, and managing social media platforms, websites, and other marketing materials.
Job Description:
· Develops and executes marketing plans to increase brand visibility and business referrals
· Builds and maintains positive relationships with healthcare referral sources
· Seek, cultivate, and participate in marketing opportunities in the community.
· Develops strategies designed to expand the agency’s market share in assigned counties.
· Oversees liaisons, ensuring coverage of existing and new territories
