TITLE: Behavioral Intervention Specialist
(Ph.D. level clinical supervision is available)
TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Benefited, 40 hours
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm Flexibility required based on programmatic need.

Your skills and qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in a field of psychology from an accredited program
- Have specialized training or one (1) year experience in treating or working with persons who have Intellectual/ developmental disabilities
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree program in the relevant area of study with a tentative graduation date determined.

How you will help others succeed:
- Utilize your clinical skills to develop Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavior Support Plans.
- Develop training and education on the implementation of therapeutic behavior intervention techniques that support the needs of individuals, in a collaborative team setting.
- Participation in an interdisciplinary team process for planning for assessing individual goals and supports.
