GENERAL EXPECTATIONS : The Manager of Employment Services is responsible for direction and implementation of services in the Organizational Employment and Community Employment programs.

Responsibilities are to be carried out in accordance with CWTC’s mission, policies, and in a manner that supports individuals with disabilities. All employees are required to attend mandated training sessions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

• Supervision of vocational programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation guidelines
• Supervision of Vocational Case Managers and community employment services staff to ensure consumers’ needs are being met
• Supervise Job Coaches to ensure coverage of all job sites and confirm all necessary paperwork is completed
• Ensure program compliance with DRS contracts and serve as liaison between DRS and CWTC
• Complete billing for CES.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community employers
• Record compliance for DOL and Ability One including but not limited to wage assessment required forms

OTHER DUTIES :

WORKING CONDITIONS : Physical requirements include standing, sitting, bending, lifting up to 10 pounds, and working in an office environment. Interpersonal requirements include speaking and writing clearly, being able to adjust level and rate of language to be understood by consumers and directing the work of subordinates.

RELATED CONDITION : All employees are responsible for reporting any information, however acquired, pertaining to possible abuse or neglect of consumers to the Director of Quality Improvement, the Safety Director, or the Executive Director.

SAFETY AND ACCIDENT PREVENTION : Employees must follow all safety policies and use necessary protective equipment when applicable. Employees are responsible for reporting safety hazards and / or accidents to their supervisors immediately.
