The Before & After School Site Leader is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing environment by supporting the daily implementation of the school-age child care program.
Before & After School Site Leader Job Duties: * Interacts effectively and frequently with all children * Maintains proper supervision of children meeting NYS OCFS ratio regulations.
- Uphold the overall health & safety of each child enrolled * Supervise support staff in accordance with YMCA policies
- Effectively communicate with parents/guardians

Before & After School Leader Qualifications: * Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree or 18 credits in a related field) * At least two years of professional childcare experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
