IOE Scheduler (Entry-level)

What the position is:The Initial Operating Evaluation (IOE) Scheduler is a direct support role for crew resources department to ensure all flight crews are scheduled and have completed all Operating Experience (OE) in Initial and transitional training.Essential functions:  Know and understand the information outlined in the Scheduling Manual: CFR 117/121 and all contract requirements for duty, rest, and minimum required time in IOEResponsible for scheduling all initial, recurrent, and transition training events for Pilots and Flight AttendantsResponsible for notifying and scheduling all crew members due for checking eventsEnsure all appropriate forms are entered in the crew records management system ensuring timely gradingCreate and distribute IOE schedule assignments for IOE scheduling and recurrent events First Officers, Captains, Line Check Airman, Flight Attendants, and the FAAManage hotel and travel reservations for flight crew when necessaryCommunicate IOE assignments to internal departmentsCoordinates and schedules operation experience eventsAssist in covering sick calls for Line Check Pilots keeping training intactAttend all training meetingsTrack, trend, and report progression while in IOEComplete FEAT; Fatigue Education Awareness Training AnnuallyAccountable for Safety Management System SMS responsibilitiesAssists with special projects as assigned by managementGeneral requirements & qualifications: At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipFluent in the English language, both written and spokenHigh school diploma or equivalentSatisfactory 10-year background history, including criminal backgroundIntermediate computer skills including MS Office

Salary : $26,500 - $33,500
