The Senior Director, Talent Development, will report directly to Chief Talent Officer, and will lead the day-to-day operations of the Talent Development functions for CommWell Health. The ideal candidate must have a well-rounded and proven track record in Human Resources leadership, specifically within healthcare or related fields and 10 years’ experience of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the healthcare industry.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field required, master’s preferred.
