Complete the successful launch of our new 501c3, Know and understand the nonprofit sector and how it differs from traditional business (and how it doesn't), relate to and coordinate with a host of various volunteers, board members, donors, and customers, various administrative and organizational tasks, extensive phone and email duties, tours, talks, presentations, must be very comfortable with a group of people and strangers, must be able to put anyone at ease, strike up conversations with strangers as if long time friends, talk about money and financial operations, work hand in hand with the founder taking direct timely action and quickly moving on to the next task, overall coordination of various projects and events, and above all - have fun and spread the joy.
