The Day-To-Day
In this role you will spend the majority of your time engaged in sales presentations at the customer's home helping them understand their roofing options. This could include residential, commercial, and property management projects. Through a consultative approach, you will assess customers' needs, recommend products, develop price quotes, and assist customers with necessary paperwork and contracts. You will oversee the project while it is being completed and at the end of the project confirm it meets our quality standards and that the homeowner is satisfied. This is a commission based sales role with uncapped earning potential.
Training
Even if you don't have a background in construction, we can train the right person. We invest in our Sales Reps success through in-house training and sales seminars. When you start we give you real leads and use them to help train you, while also helping build your pipeline immediately.

Founded in 2010, the company grew from humble beginnings by focusing on customer service, better quality installation methods, and building a team of customer-focused employees. Today, we are the local market leader! We have 28 employees and 4 locations with a focus on continued expansion. - Must be able to climb ladders as needed.

- Valid Driver's License.

- Able to organize your week and create your own sales plan.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
