The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, with a background in construction or decommissioning & demolition (D&D) projects, as well as hands-on experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).

Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of technical and operational projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, deliverables, schedules, risk management strategies, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the development of work packages, clearly defining tasks and responsibilities for efficient project execution.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Establish and monitor project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and cost control.
- Optimize resource allocation and manage procurement strategies to meet project demands.
- Identify potential cost-saving measures without compromising quality or compliance.
- Earned Value Management & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to EVMS principles, tracking project performance and identifying variances.
- Develop and maintain EVMS reports to communicate project health and earned value metrics.
- Ensure compliance with DOE requirements and applicable regulatory standards for construction or D&D projects.
- Stakeholder Communication & Risk Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear and concise project updates.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to maintain project continuity.
- Facilitate regular progress meetings and status reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
