Purpose :
The purpose of this role is to develop, track, evaluate, manage, and share a contagious vision with the Project Management Team that aligns with the organizational goals, Triton Technical, as well as those developed by the candidate in this role. To support this purpose, this role will be involved in all aspects of the operations of Project Management which includes appropriation of staff as necessary, oversee project budgets, defining goals and objectives, reporting goals and objectives using pre-defined and agreed upon metrics, resolving operational challenges, ensuring clients and projects are well managed, and standard practices are developed and adhered to.
Position Summary & Responsibilities
- Leadership - Lead the Project Management team in all locations through the development of
department goals & objectives that align to the business objectives of Triton Technical. These goals will need to be measurable, reported on, and prove to enhance project management outcomes in sustainable ways.
Supervision - Management of staff which includes annual reviews, timesheet review, scheduling, discipline, work priorities and effectiveness both during the day and through the development of defined objectives for the year.Process & Procedure - Developing, evaluating, and managing pre-defined processes that will drive both the staff and services to meet defined objectives.Project Management & Reporting - Coordinate and manage staff and technology resources tosupport projects and their priorities within the client environment. Client projects will require initial scoping, and evaluation along with key stakeholders to help both the client and Triton ensure the project aligns with objectives. The status and review of completed projects will be reported in consistent and effective ways.
This position is primarily managerial & leadership focused (60%), project management (20%), and will also require a technical background (20%) to ensure not only effective management of staff, but also an ability to more effectively support the types of projects that Triton provides.

Strategic Planning : Develop and implement project management strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.Portfolio Management : Oversee the entire project portfolio, ensuring projects are aligned with business priorities and delivered on time and within budget.Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of project managers, providingguidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Resource Allocation : Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, time, andbudget, to ensure successful project delivery.
Stakeholder Communication : Communicate with stakeholders, including executives, clients, and team members, to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.Risk Management : Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to prevent delays and cost overruns.Budget Management : Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial goals are met.Process Improvement : Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Performance Evaluation : Evaluate project manager and team performance, providing feedback and implementing development plans as needed.Additional Duties

Education : A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as project management, businessadministration, or a related discipline.
Experience : Extensive experience in project management, with a track record of successfully deliveringcomplex projects. Prior experience in a leadership role is often required.
