Position Overview
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner and right-hand to the Global Head of Total Rewards. This role is designed to provide high-level support in planning, communication, and execution of key initiatives across the Total Rewards function.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution :
- Assist the Global Head of Total Rewards in developing and executing strategic plans.
- Ensure alignment of Total Rewards initiatives with the broader organizational objectives.
- Track and monitor the progress of key initiatives and projects, providing regular updates and insights.
- Lead financial budgeting and collaborate with the Total Rewards Leadership Team on holistic workforce planning, ensuring effective resource allocation and alignment with organizational goals.

Compensation Range Transparency
SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 142,500 - 327,100 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
