This role is designed to provide high-level support in planning, communication, and execution of key initiatives across the Total Rewards function.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and Execution : Assist the Global Head of Total Rewards in developing and executing strategic plans.Ensure alignment of Total Rewards initiatives with the broader organizational objectives.Track and monitor the progress of key initiatives and projects, providing regular updates and insights.Lead financial budgeting and collaborate with the Total Rewards Leadership Team on holistic workforce planning, ensuring effective resource allocation and alignment with organizational goals.Communication and Liaison : Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison for the Global Head of Total Rewards with key internal and external stakeholders.Facilitate communication and information flow within the Total Rewards team and across other functions, skillfully navigating organizational dynamics and fostering strong relationships to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.Work with the Total Rewards Leadership team to prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials as needed for the Global Head of Total Rewards.Operational Support : Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and initiatives with a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.Anticipate needs and proactively address them to maximize the effectiveness of the Global Head of Total Rewards.Team Leadership and Development : Mentor and support members of the Total Rewards team.Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.QualificationsEducation : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience : Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or a related field.
