Position Purpose :
Develop documentation for custom applications and packaged applications, using a variety of mediums as needed. Deliver training to a variety of audiences. Identify needed accesses and modifications for the training system environment.
This position will require some travel .
What You'll Do :
- Create and deliver training and development programs to all levels of end-users and IT professionals.
- Code, test, and debug programs specifically for training.
- Work closely with both I / t and the business to understand system and training needs for applications and packages supported.
- Participate in the training needs assessment process and vendor selection.
