What To Expect?
As a Personal Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for recruiting and hiring CNAs and PCAs to provide high-quality care to clients. You will be evaluating and assessing employees to ensure we maintain effective onboarding and training programs for future staff. You would manage staff schedules to verify visits and make sure adequate coverage for all the clients needs. This position would address any staffing concerns or issues promptly and professionally. You will be developing and maintaining strong relationships with the clients and their families. Lastly, you would ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to home care services.

What We're Looking For?
We want a competitive, empathetic individual who will ensure the satisfaction of our clients.
- A LPN license; Highly Recommended
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with personal care services or community alternative programs.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a office setting for a home care agency.
- A valid driver's license
- Must be able to work independently, strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with EVV systems and other technology systems (Excel sheets)
- Understand and manage verification of visits and some familiarity with the MCOs and NC Tracks.
