Key Responsibilities
- Safe & Compassionate Transportation: Drive clients to medical appointments, therapies, and other essential destinations, ensuring safety and comfort every step of the way.
- Professional Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with Dispatch using our technology platform.
- Wheelchair Assistance: Confidently assist clients in boarding, exiting, and securing wheelchairs, treating every client with dignity.
- Vehicle Readiness: Conduct daily inspections and maintain cleanliness to uphold our high safety and hygiene standards.
- A Positive Presence: Create a welcoming environment for clients through patience, kindness, and attentive care.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking professionals with the following qualities:
- Healthcare Experience: A background in healthcare, caregiving, or related fields is highly valued.
- A Caring Team Member: You’ve been described as compassionate, dependable, and a positive influence on others.
- Adaptable & Reliable: Flexible with scheduling, comfortable with last-minute changes, and committed to showing up for clients when they need you most.
- Tech-Savvy: Confident using technology for scheduling, navigation, and reporting.
- Physically Capable: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with securing wheelchairs multiple times per day.
- Safety-Focused: Maintain a clean driving record for 5 years and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Excellent Communicator: Friendly, empathetic, and skilled at building rapport with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (5 years).
- 25 years of age or older.
- Pass a comprehensive FBI background check.
- Comfortable driving in low-light conditions and up to 100 miles for appointments.
- Willing to submit to a drug test, including for marijuana (even with a prescription).

- As this is a Wheelchair vehicle position, please state that you are confident in your ability to bend over and lift yourself up, as you will do so at least 4 times when securing the patients Wheelchair with the safety belt system, and this can happen up to 8 times a day.
