Seeking a Caregiver in Windham, CT

Job Summary:
We are seeking a SKILLED Caregiver to provide essential assistance to an elderly male client that has dementia.

He requires personal care along with homecare dutes and queuing.

At the moment, the shift is Mon/Tue/Wed from 8:30am to 5pm. It could potentially turn into all 5 days of the week in the future.

The Caregiver must know how to handle a client with dementia. We are seeking someone with personal care experience as you will be required to help bath/shower, groom, change diapers, clean, hair care, nail care, skin care, dressing, etc.

Also, cleaning his bathroom and bedroom as well as helping with food preparation and outings are a must.

Rate: $18/hour

Schedule: Mon/Tue/Wed from 8:30am to 5pm (with possibility Thu/Fri in the future).

Duties:
- Provide personal care service with focus on ADLs.
- Provide meal preparation, monitoring, outings, etc.
- Perform housekeeping tasks (bedroom/bathroom)
- Aid in mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
- Follow care plans provided and ensure all needs are met
