Companions & Home Helpers is a small non-medical in home care agency that provides companion, homemaker, personal care, overnight, and 24 hour around the clock services to the elderly, individuals with disabilities and ailments, expectant moms, & new families that require and desire assistance with daily activities.
```Duties```
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media marketing, and performance marketing
- Oversee advertising initiatives and collaborate with advertising sales representatives
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing
```Experience```
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a managerial capacity
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, e-commerce, and performance marketing
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative marketing campaigns
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in using marketing automation tools for campaign management
- Copywriting skills are a plus

Must have laptop, smartphone, and access to internet at all times
15 hours per week to start with potential to increase
Must be willing to travel for training
Training in Mystic, CT for 2 weeks WFH thereafter
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
