Hauler / Driver for Commercial Property
Job Description : Hauling Crew Member
Pay : $19.00 per hour
Schedule : Day Shift, Monday - Friday 6 AM-2 : 30 PM
Valid California Driver's License IS Required
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
General Properties - Hauling Crew Member The Hauling Crew Member performs a variety of general labor, including cleaning, hauling, item removal, and special projects as assigned.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Haul illegal dumping from properties and take items to landfills as designated by the supervisor.
- Take photos of hauled items and clean spaces after items have been removed and provide them to the Office administrators each day.
- Perform physical and general labor.
- Clean all areas as assigned.
- Track all scheduled work orders.
- Keep all dump fee receipts and submit them as required.
- Plan daily routes to complete services in a timely manner.
- Follow safe work practices consistently.
- Miscellaneous projects and special assignments.
