Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team at Company Set Red Cow. As a Day Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up trash and empty trash receptacles as needed.
- Perform cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning cobwebs.
- Clean exterior surfaces of windows, windowsills, and doors.
- Remove and/or clean up any debris or soil.
- Inspect public areas for cleanliness and notify the supervisor of any issues.
Requirements
- Janitorial experience preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Meet the physical requirements of the job.
