The role of the Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) is to work the with branch managers to drive parts and service sales with current customers as well as find new opportunities in your assigned territory.
Position Responsibilities :
Primary Responsibilities
- Grow revenue of OEM / Aftermarket Parts, Ground Engaging Tools, Undercarriage, and other areas of opportunity
- Make cold calls to potential clients and grow the business through new customer acquisition
- Provide solutions for All Makes Parts and Service needs
- Prepare and present quotes for Parts and Service related items to customers for approval
- Follow up on the sale of attachments and machines to establish a point of contact with customers for future needs
- Quote, invoice, order, and return parts
- Collaborate with Parts managers on Stock Orders as needed
- Create / Maintain a comprehensive equipment profile of each customers on-site equipment.
- Build a customer contact profile, detailing the key contacts and decision makers within the company
- Prepare equipment inspection reports on customer equipment
- Log all calls to customers in Salesforce CRM daily
- Meet or exceed goals set by management
