Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cost Accounting Manager to join our finance team. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the cost accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of cost data.
- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, policies, and procedures to support business objectives.
- Analyze and interpret cost reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Establish and maintain standard costs for products, ensuring alignment with production processes.
- Conduct periodic cost audits and variance analysis to assess cost efficiency and effectiveness.
