Role Overview:
Crystal Art Gallery is seeking a hands-on, highly creative, and data-driven Creative Content Director to lead and elevate our content strategy across all digital platforms, including paid media, social channels (YouTube, Instagram, Meta, Pinterest), Google Performance Max (PMax) ads, and organic content.
This role requires a visionary leader who thrives in execution—collaborating closely with our in-house videographer and graphic designers to produce compelling content that drives engagement, conversions, and brand growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing viral content and scaling eCommerce brands through storytelling, strategic messaging, and performance-driven content. Experience with the StoryBrand framework is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Creative Strategy: Own the creative direction for all content—paid and organic—across Google, YouTube, Meta, Instagram, Pinterest, and more.
- Hands-On Content Production: Work directly with our in-house videographer and graphic designers to develop high-quality, engaging content for digital campaigns.
- Viral Content Development: Identify trends and craft content with high potential for virality, leveraging UGC, short-form videos, and data-backed insights.
- Paid Media Optimization: Strategize and optimize content specifically for Google PMax, YouTube ads, Meta, and other performance-driven channels to maximize ROI.
- Storytelling & Messaging: Utilize StoryBrand principles to create clear, impactful messaging that connects emotionally with consumers.
- Performance Analytics & Optimization: Analyze content performance metrics and provide actionable insights to refine creative strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, eCommerce, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment across campaigns.
- Trendspotting: Stay ahead of emerging content formats, platform updates, and cultural trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
- 7 years of leadership experience in content creation, preferably in an agency or eCommerce environment.
- Demonstrated success in creating viral content and scaling content strategies for 8 to 9-figure eCommerce brands.
- Hands-on expertise in content production, including video, UGC, short-form, and long-form content for paid and organic channels.
- Proficiency in paid media advertising, including Google PMax, YouTube, Meta, and Instagram.
- Strong portfolio showcasing impactful content across digital platforms, with proven results in engagement, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into content strategy improvements.
- Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for design, visual aesthetics, and brand voice.
- Proficiency in collaborating with creative teams, including videographers and designers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
