The Mortgage Business Development Leader will lead the residential loan processing function, driving business growth and profitability through effective management of loan processing operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Manage the pipeline of residential mortgage loan files from submission to closing.
- Collaborate with underwriters, loan officers, closers, and other departments to resolve issues and streamline processes.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in residential mortgage processing, including supervisory or managerial roles.
- Proven knowledge of all loan types: Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, etc.
- Strong understanding of mortgage compliance, TRID, RESPA, and other regulatory requirements.
