The VFX Producer is the main client contact on projects. They will help to define the vision of the project as well as maintain strategic requirements and relay company ideas. The VFX Producer must also keep up the studio's high standard of creativity while keeping projects on budget and within the given time frame. The position requires great dexterity in its ability to juggle multiple objectives from different points of view, navigate demanding clients while maintaining great savvy in communications, and handle fast timelines, last-minute changes, and project changes.

The VFX Producer will be working with the VFX Supervisor and production management team to formulate project bids and breakdowns. They will be creating and maintaining the overall production schedule and project databases. They will be managing the client relationship and expectations in a diplomatic and professional manner. - Managing the day-to-day resource requirements of the team and project, reporting to the Head of Production on all resource needs.
- Overseeing all client deliverables, and ensuring milestones are met successfully.
- Producing internal progress and external client reports.
- Monitoring the team's performance and maximizing their creative potential.
What You Bring:
The ideal candidate will bring previous experience as a VFX Producer on advertising projects at an established VFX studio. They will bring excellent communication skills representative of the main liaison between the clients, studio, and various agencies. They will bring an ability to clearly communicate project status, issues, as well as resolutions to clients and our internal teams. The ideal candidate will also bring the following:
- Must have proven track record managing various teams of artists from production, creative, and technology.
- Must develop plans and forecast production schedule.
- Must define project scopes; deliverables/schedule/budget/status reporting.
- A vast knowledge and interest of the 2D/3D VFX world.
