We are seeking a Behavior Therapist/RBT to join our team! You will be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans to clients in an individual or group setting.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individual treatment plans
- Collect data daily on skills programs and behavior reduction frequency
- Submit daily notes after each session
- Qualifications:
- Previous experience with special needs children preferred but not required
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
