Compass Associates are proud to continue their support with a respected and established behavioral health provider in search for a Family Physician located near Marietta, GA.
The organization have built a reputation not to just provide exceptional patient care but to also provide the tools and support for the patients families, loved ones and care givers.
The successful Physician will be joining a settled and experienced team which has a low staff turnover with an excellent culture.
As a Family Physician you will manage a caseload which consists mainly of adult patients across residential, PHP and Day Programs. You will have up to 4 direct reports and will report directly into the Medical Director, whilst working alongside the MDT.
Criteria
- You must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Physician either within behavioral health or acute healthcare.
- Be prepared to be part of the on call rotation (1 in 8 weeks - phone only).
- You must be licensed to practice medicine within the state of Georgia (GA) or if relocating, be prepared to apply for a license within the state.
- It is essential to manage a caseload.
- Excellent communication skills is required.
- Occasional weekends maybe required.
Compensation
Salary is up to $285,000 FTE and will depend upon experience.
