Your Role as a BCBA at Compass
You will develop effective and efficient systems, understand all clinic procedures, analyze and assess clinic needs, and attend to the basic needs of the clinic.

Requirements
- Active BCBA or BCaBA certification and Virginia licensure (or eligibility within one month of hire)
- Master's degree in a related field
