LPC/LCSW Supervisor

Compass Behavioral Group is seeking Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to join our intensive in-home program in our Norfolk office! Compass is a community-focused agency providing comprehensive services that include mental health services to at-risk children, applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children and families affected by neurodevelopmental disorders, traditional and multidisciplinary neurodevelopmental team testing, and outpatient therapy. LPCs and LCSWs on our team have a multi-faceted role that includes supervising a team of residents in counseling/supervisees in social work, completing and/or reviewing diagnostic and biopsychosocial assessments for our various community-based programs, and managing their own caseload of outpatient clients.

Core Requirements:
All candidates must be licensed as an LPC or LCSW in the state of VA along with relevant supervision training and years of experience to be able to supervise residents in counseling/supervisees in social work.

Candidates should also have direct experience working with at risk youth and families and previous supervisory experience. They should also have training in Evidence Based Practices and Trauma Informed Care.

Job Duties:

· Oversee the clinical and administrative functions of Residents in Counseling or Supervisees in Social Work who provide home-based counseling

· Provide weekly individual and group supervision

· Attend funding and treatment team meetings

· Review and ensure completion of documentation

· Provide 24/7 crisis phone support for supervisory team members
