Summary
Compass Children's Academy in Ft. Worth, Tx is looking to hire a full-time / part-time early childhood Teachers to provide childcare and early childhood education services. ABOUT COMPASS CHILDREN'S ACADEMY
At Compass Children's Academy, we provide infant and toddler programs, preschool, before and after school care, transportation to and from public schools, and summer camp. In this early childhood education position, you are the backbone of our company. Every day, you are excited to work with the children in your class. Knowing the importance of routine, you stick to the class schedule and maintain your classroom's cleanliness. When necessary, you are comfortable changing diapers. The children stay busy in class while you implement the curriculum that we have prepared for you.

Requirements Requirements :
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
- Strong classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate various subjects such as math, science, language arts, and physical education
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children
