What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant Teacher position at Tree Leaf Kids?

Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans for preschool children.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and development.
- Provide guidance and support to children in their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and communicate regularly about children's progress.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching curriculum.
- Incorporate physical education activities into daily routines to promote gross motor skills development.
- Introduce basic math concepts through hands-on activities and games.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
