Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Traveling Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all construction activities at the job site. This individual will ensure timely completion and adherence to project plans, while maintaining an organized and clean job site and enforcing safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities to meet project deadlines and budgets.
- Maintain accurate records of materials and equipment, scheduling regular inspections and audits.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, subcontractors, and city authorities.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision or management.
- In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
