Job Summary
As a Levy Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the achievement of annual sales and profits related to group sales events, while working in partnership with operations to deliver "The Levy Difference."
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides clerical support including filing, copying and typing of letters/memos
Ensures that appropriate Group Sales materials are always updated with most current pricing and details including event menus, and signage
Provides ready assistance to Group Sales management to ensure all catering services exceed guest expectations
Manages the distribution of inquiries efficiently
Completes projects in a timely and professional manner
Promotes a positive work environment, maximizing productivity and morale throughout the entire Levy and Baltimore Convention Center teams
Ability to use hands in using office equipment, including the computer system
Ability to talk and hear to conduct phone correspondence
Close vision and focus capabilities to view computer screen and company documents
Possesses extensive computer knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new programs (Word, Excel and more)
Must be flexible with schedule, able to attend/ execute special events outside of normal work hours/ ability and be able to walk long distances
