In 2020, ESFM (formerly Eurest Services) won the George Graves Award for Facility Management Achievement from the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA).Job Summary As a Regional Vice President (RVP), you will lead, manage, and inspire a direct team of 4-6 Regional Directors / Financial Analysts and total headcount of roughly 500 managers and associates across upwards of 50 accounts nationally. You'll report to our Division Vice President and partner closely with your peers to deliver on the ESFM mission, support Key Performance Indicators in our dynamic environment, and sustain and grow our business. This role is remote and candidates may live within a reasonable distance of a major airport. Anticipated travel will initially be 50-60% and long term, approximately 30%. Preferred locations include : Charlotte, Chicago, New York, Denver, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities : Leads, manages, and inspires a team and their teams, to provide top-notch integrated facilities management services to assigned accountsDrives self and team towards building strong relationships with clients at all levels (local, district, state) and achievement of key performance indicatorsServes on the nationwide leadership team, influencing and leading nationwide operations, and regularly communicates with peers to share standard processes, mitigate risks, champion diversity, and build communityOwns key regional decisions with team input, weighing risks and rewards along with short- and long-term implications; strategically, thoughtfully, and persuasively communicates based on type of issueSets tone for culture of organization in the region and regularly meets with extended team to ensure full transparency, education, safety, accountability, and alignmentPartners with Sales and Retention teams to drive strategy for growth, structuring deals, presenting new business, building relationships with prospective clients, and negotiating key contract termsCollaborates with key partners on regional and / or nationwide initiativesEnsures compliance with policy along with completing all required reporting on timeChampions development within the region; conducts performance evaluations, along with succession planning; has full understanding of all roles within operationOwns regional financial results / P&L, and works with leadership team to ensure accuracy for reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processesEnsures consistent and fair administration of all policies and proceduresUnderstands and predicts changes in the market; actively contributes to planning discussions Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, or eight (8) years progressive experience in the Facilities Management Industry in lieu of degreeStrong background in senior leadership roles with experience in contract and budget management, customer service, people development, negotiations, etc.Has a proven track record of growing a business and leading large cross-functional teams, along with excellent business and financial savvyHas ability to think quickly, analytically, strategically, and accuratelyShows expert client relationship, influencing, listening, and communications (written and verbal) skillsChampions inclusion mentality, and is proactive, positive, professional, flexible, and resilientDemonstrates initiative, ownership, multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization skillsProficient in the use of Microsoft SuiteMulti-unit hard and soft facilities management services experienceApply to ESFM Services todayESFM is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
