Job Summary
As a Catering Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating catered events for a high-profile financial institution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle catering orders for the business floors of the office.
- Works with catering manager and supervisor to ensure accuracy of event details, food / beverage requirements and costs.
- Provides hospitable, prompt, and detailed service as scheduled by management or by request.
- Maintains consistent phone and email communication with clients, guests, team members, and support departments.
- Communicates with co-workers and service partners including vendors to ensure updated information is shared.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
